Our Pledge

Our Commitment to You

At Golden Clash Realm, we believe entertainment should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. Our platform uses virtual coins only — they hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. There is no financial risk involved in playing on our platform.

However, we recognize that any repetitive, engaging activity can develop into a habit that affects daily life. We take that seriously. Our responsible gaming commitment means we actively provide resources, tools, and information to help every player stay in control of their experience.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts where we believe a player's use of the platform is causing harm to themselves. If you have concerns about your own play habits or those of someone you know, please use the resources on this page.

Best Practices

7 Healthy Play Practices

Simple habits that keep gaming fun and in its proper place.

1

Set a Time Limit Before You Play

Decide how long you want to play before you start. Use your phone's timer or a clock. When the time is up, stop — even if you're on a good run.

2

Take Regular Breaks

Step away from the screen at regular intervals — at minimum, a 10-minute break every hour. Stretch, get a glass of water, and let your eyes rest.

3

Play for Entertainment, Not Escape

Gaming is a leisure activity, not a way to cope with stress, anxiety, or difficult emotions. If you notice yourself turning to gaming to escape problems, talk to someone you trust.

4

Balance Gaming with Other Activities

Maintain time for exercise, social connection, work or study, and hobbies outside of gaming. A balanced lifestyle supports overall wellbeing.

5

Don't Play When Tired or Impaired

Fatigue and impairment reduce your judgment and self-awareness. Avoid extended gaming sessions late at night or when your decision-making ability is compromised.

6

Be Honest With Yourself

Periodically check in with yourself about your gaming habits. If you feel that playing has become difficult to control or is affecting other areas of your life, take it seriously.

7

Seek Help Without Hesitation

If you or someone you care about shows signs of problematic gaming, reach out to a professional. The helplines listed on this page offer free, confidential support.

Know the Signs

Warning Signs to Watch For

Problematic gaming can develop gradually. Being aware of the warning signs — in yourself or someone close to you — is the first step toward getting help.

Spending significantly more time gaming than you intended, regularly

Feeling irritable, restless, or anxious when unable to play

Neglecting work, school, family, or personal responsibilities due to gaming

Losing interest in hobbies and social activities that were once enjoyable

Using gaming as the primary way to cope with stress, sadness, or anxiety

Hiding or downplaying how much time you spend gaming from family or friends

Continued play despite knowing it is having a negative impact on your life

Sleep disruption — staying up very late or losing sleep to continue playing

If you recognize several of these patterns in your own behaviour, we encourage you to speak with a healthcare professional or contact one of the helplines below. Recognizing the signs is an act of strength, not weakness.

Reflect on Your Play

Self-Assessment Questions

Take a moment to honestly consider the following questions. There are no right or wrong answers — the goal is honest self-reflection.

  1. Do you find it difficult to stop playing once you have started a session?
  2. Do you spend more time gaming than you planned on a regular basis?
  3. Has gaming ever caused you to miss or neglect work, school, or family obligations?
  4. Do you feel the need to play for longer and longer periods to get the same sense of enjoyment?
  5. Do you become irritable or anxious when you try to cut back on gaming?
  6. Have friends or family expressed concern about the amount of time you spend gaming?
  7. Do you play to escape problems or to relieve feelings of helplessness, guilt, or anxiety?
  8. Have you ever tried to cut back on gaming and failed?

If you answered "yes" to two or more of these questions, consider speaking with a counsellor or calling one of the helplines listed below. Early intervention makes a meaningful difference.
